Birth Control is a passive item added in Pack 2: All That Is Unholy.

- Familiars are removed in exchange for 1-3 random stat upgrades, possible values of upgrades:
- Damage: 0.2 - 0.5
- Tears: -1 - -2
- Shot Speed: 0.1 - 0.5
- Speed: 0.1 - 0.5
- Luck: 1 - 2
- Range: 1 - 2
- Health: 1 Empty Heart Container
